I can’t remember my password!
If you can't remember your login details you can request to set up a new password.

You can create a new password to use for your JoinedUp login process. Simply select the Forgotten your password? link on the login screen or go directly to the password reset screen.
First, enter the email address your profile was created with and then click next. You must use the email address associated with your profile for JoinedUp to be able to send you an email with the reset link.
